Cayla Duncan
With a B.B.A. in Accounting and more than a decade of experience in accounting and financial analysis, Cayla brings financial expertise and an entrepreneur’s perspective to Bloom Bookkeeping. As a business owner, real estate broker, and investor herself, she understands the challenges of running a business and co-founded Bloom to help entrepreneurs feel confident in their numbers. At Bloom, she leads client relationships, onboarding, and business development, making bookkeeping straightforward, personal, and easy to understand.

Heather McCluggage
Heather McCluggage is a Certified Public Accountant and Co-Founder of Bloom Bookkeeping, bringing more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, leadership, and education. With a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management and a career spanning roles from Senior Accountant to Director of Finance, Heather brings a deep understanding of financial operations and a commitment to helping business owners feel confident in their numbers.
At Bloom, Heather oversees the technical side of bookkeeping, ensuring clients’ books are accurate, organized, and maintained with care. Her background in mathematics education and college instruction has shaped her ability to make complicated financial information clear and approachable.
Outside of work, Heather is a proud mom of five who loves traveling, exploring new places with her husband, and supporting her family in whatever they pursue.
